This page is designed to help you manage your membership, direct debit payments, and training status. If you're an active RKD Karate student or a parent/guardian of a student, you can use the options below to request changes or get support.  All payments and administration are coordinated by CBChange, our trusted partner, using the Martialytics platform.

How long will it take to process my request?

All requests are reviewed and actioned within 4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your update is complete.

Can I add or remove just one person from my family plan?

Yes! you can add or remove individual family members at any time. The direct debit amount will be adjusted accordingly.

What if I need a short break from training?

You can request a membership suspension for up to 6 weeks per calendar year. A small fee of $5 per week applies.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can submit a cancellation request through the portal. A 28-day notice period applies, and you’re welcome to continue training during that time.

What happens if I return to training later?

You can rejoin at any time by completing a new Membership Application. Our fee structure remains consistent and transparent for all returning students.

Can I apply for grading through the portal?

Yes! All students must complete an online grading application through the portal prior to grading. Grading fees will be billed accordingly.

Who do I contact if I need help with my request?

You can submit a general enquiry via the portal, or speak with your Sensei at class for guidance.
