Add or Remove a Family Member from Your RKD Karate Membership

We understand that family circumstances change. This form allows you to add or remove a family member from your current RKD Karate training plan.

Please complete the form below, and a member of our team will confirm your request via email once it has been processed.

🔁 Removing a Family Member from Your Plan

Your current weekly direct debit rate is based on the number of active family members training.

• If a family member stops training, we’ll adjust your weekly fee to the appropriate rate for the remaining members.

• If that person returns to training later, they will re-join at the current rate applicable at that time.

• A short notice period may apply depending on your current arrangement.

• If you are pausing training for a short time (less than 6 weeks), we recommend using our Membership Suspension Request form instead.
  

➕ Adding a Family Member to Your Plan

• You’re welcome to add a new family member at any time.

• Once approved, your weekly direct debit will be updated to reflect the new family training rate.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email and the new student will receive a welcome message and training information.
