To participate in an upcoming grading, all students must complete this application form. Once submitted, your grading fee will be invoiced separately. Your application must be completed and payment confirmed prior to the grading day.

Students will be notified once their application and fee have been processed
All grading fees include the grading itself, a certificate, and a new belt if promoted

Colour Belts (Yellow to P Black) $45 per grading
Black Belts (1st Dan to 5th Dan) $150 per grading
