We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to end your training with us. If you're ready to cancel your membership, please complete the form below. CBChange will process your request and confirm the cancellation via email.

📅 A 28-day notice period applies. Your weekly payments will continue during this time, and you’re welcome to continue training until your final billing period ends.

💡 Before You Cancel

If you’re taking a short break (under 6 weeks), you may prefer to use our Membership Suspension Form instead — this keeps your spot in class and avoids the need to re-enroll later.

If you're removing just one or more students from a family membership but others are continuing, please use the Add/Remove Family Member Form
